Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the CorZilo website and application, provided by DSi Professionals (ABN 32 626 095 538) ("DSi", "we", "us"). By using CorZilo you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an association or club, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Launch target is Australian football associations. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. The courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.

A later signed order or data processing addendum, if we agree one with your association, prevails over these terms where the two conflict. Until then, these terms are the clickwrap that covers website use and application access.

Using CorZilo

We grant your organisation a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use CorZilo to manage its cases, subject to these terms and any order you enter into with us.

CorZilo is for judicial and standards case management. It is not a substitute for your association's rules, legal advice, or a decision-maker's judgement.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accounts your organisation creates, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity under those accounts. Authentication is provided through Clerk. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not:

• upload unlawful content or use CorZilo for an unlawful purpose
• attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours
• interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or its security
• resell or provide access to the service without our agreement

Your case data

Your organisation owns the case data it puts into CorZilo. You are responsible for that data being accurate and lawfully held, and for handling it in line with your own obligations to the people involved, including players under 18.

We process case data to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Case data is stored in Cloudflare's Australia region.

When your organisation stops using CorZilo, you may request return or deletion of case data. We will do that within a reasonable time, subject to backups, dispute holds, and the law.

AgentIQ

CorZilo includes AgentIQ, a labelled help assistant. It answers questions about how to use the product. It cannot change a case, move a status, or send a notice.

The AI path is Cloudflare Gateway. AgentIQ does not receive case records, documents, or participant details. You remain responsible for the notices and determinations your committee approves and issues.

Availability

We work to keep CorZilo available and reliable. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. These website terms do not set a service-level credit. If we agree an order with a stated availability commitment, that order governs.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DSi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of CorZilo. Where our liability can be limited, and the Australian Consumer Law allows it, our liability is limited to resupplying the services or paying the cost of resupply.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the current version here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. If we have a signed order with your association, a change that conflicts with that order does not override the order unless you agree.
