This policy explains how DSi Professionals (ABN 32 626 095 538) ("DSi", "we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses personal information when you use the CorZilo marketing website and the CorZilo application. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
CorZilo is case management software for football associations and their committees. Launch target is Australian associations only. Governing law is New South Wales.
Questions: use the contact page.
If you are an association using CorZilo, you decide what goes in a case. We process that information to provide the service. You remain responsible for collecting it lawfully, including any notice or consent you owe to a player, parent, or official.

We do not sell personal information.
We do not use case data for marketing.
CorZilo is built for associations, not for children to sign up on their own. We do not knowingly market to people under 18.
Associations may still record information about under-18 players because youth football is part of the game. We treat that information as sensitive operational data: role-based access, audit trail, and no use outside providing the service. The association is responsible for how it collects that information from players, parents, or clubs.
CorZilo includes AgentIQ, a labelled help assistant. It answers questions about how to use the product. It cannot change a case, move a status, or send a notice.
The AI path is Cloudflare Gateway. AgentIQ does not receive case records, documents, or participant details. It is product help only.
Your association controls its case data. We process it on your behalf to provide CorZilo.
Case data is stored in Cloudflare's Australia region.
Authentication is provided by Clerk, under Clerk's own terms and privacy policy. That authentication processing may occur outside Australia. We use Clerk only to sign people in and manage accounts, not to host case files.
Other infrastructure that helps us run CorZilo (hosting, security) is provided by Cloudflare.
We share personal information only:
We do not share case data with AgentIQ or with any AI provider for model training.
We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to case data, including access control and an audit trail. No system is perfectly secure. We will notify affected associations promptly of a data breach that we are required to notify under Australian law.
We keep account and case data while your association uses CorZilo, and for a limited time after offboarding if we need it to close the service, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal requirement. We will delete or return case data on a reasonable request when the association's use of the service ends, subject to those limits.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, and request a correction if it is wrong. An association user should usually start with their association, because the association controls the case file. You can also contact us through the contact page.
If you are not satisfied, you may complain to us first, then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
We use cookies and similar tools that are needed to run the website and the application securely (session, authentication, load). We do not use them to sell advertising.
We may update this policy. We will post the current version on this page and change the date above. For a material change that affects how we handle case data, we will also notify the association contact we have on file.
Use the CorZilo contact page. There is no separate privacy mailbox at launch.
